This area focuses on fabrication and characterization of electronic devices and integrated systems containing advanced electronic devices, in particular hybrid technologies based on inorganic and organic semiconductors (including next-generation solar cells, energy storage and bioelectronics), the design of devices and systems at very high frequency, optimization of laser and LED sources and sensors.
